PR1V2 — Application form for interns who change their internship place

PR1V2 is an application form for students who are currently doing an internship in Denmark and wish to change its place

Please complete the following steps:

Fill out the PR1V2 application form below

Send the following documents to info@newworkers.dk

A copy of your English language certificate (KET/IELTS/TOEFL)

A copy of a document confirming that you are a student and a copy of your academic record book translated into English. The translation shall be notarized

A copy of all pages of your passport, including the cover.

Each document shall be submitted as a specific pdf file.

Visa fee is DKK 4.740,- (as per 1/-2024)

The application form shall be filled out in English only!
